AW ARENELLA RESORT - Siracusa

AW Arenella Resort is located on the south coast of Sicily, 10 kilometres far away from Syracuse covering over 70 hectares of green land and being one of the biggest holiday resort in Sicily. On arrival, guests are immersed in a natural oasis where respect for nature is a must! Each season has its own characteristic beauty as in spring and autumn or in summer of course. One can take long strolls in the evergreen countryside, just relaxing or have fun with the animation team.
The resort is about 10 km far from Siracusa, and about 70 km far away from Catania airport, from which you can reach it, following new motorway direction Syracuse, afterwards the highway exit Cassibile (7 km).
Rooms:
The rooms are situated both in the main building of the village and in the 1 storey- high terraced house built close by.
The hotel complex has 460 rooms divided into double, triple and quadruple rooms, which are elegantly furnished and are equipped with hair dryer, self-air conditioning, telephone, satellite television, safe and fridge (restocking service on request, beverages on payment).
Each room has its own terrace. The quadruple rooms are divided in two spaces: a living room with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed, in the quadruple rooms the bathroom is equipped with two sinks.
Restaurants:
Delicious buffets are served at the 2 central restaurants consisting of international, Mediterranean and regional dishes, at breakfast, lunch and dinner, show cooking and a large grill with cinder and skewer that will be open according to the weather conditions and to the daily restaurant service.
The seating in the restaurant is sharing the table with other guests. There is a possibility of having meals in the outdoor veranda, under big sun- umbrellas (according to the weather conditions). Every week one typical Sicilian dinner will be offered.
The all inclusive Treatment includes:
Soft drink, mineral water, beer and house wine with the meals.
Open bar (from 10 a.m. to 24 p.m.) with soft drinks, mineral water, juices, beer, tea, coffee, local liqueurs (excluded international brands, ice creams and all beverages in bottles).

AWELLNESS CENTER
A new wellness centre fully equipped with swimming pool and relaxing area, sauna, turkish bath, Jacuzzi, indoor & open air fitness room, coiffeur, beauty and massage treatments , tisane corner. Entrance to be paid on spot with a daily Awellness Card, will give the possibility to have a wellness time with sauna, Turkish bath and Jacuzzi. The card will be valid for the tome to complete the range.

ANIMATION TEAM
FROM 06th April till 9th April and from 21 April till 26th May
the available activities are gym, tournaments, piano bar at night and miniclub.
FROM 26th May TO 30th September:
The international animation team will organize a wide range of games, tournaments, music and dances during the day. During the evening, the animation will propose various performances (mime artist, musicals, dance evening etc.) or a relaxed evening at the piano bar.

AW YOUNG VILLAGE: a new appealing activity for the teenagers life in Resort from 13 to 17 years old: sporting activities, games, tournaments, musical laboratories from 16:30 to 1.00 am. Dinner in a specific area with the Young Boys of the Equipe.
Evening entertainments at the Disco, parties and dances.

DISTANCE FROM THE BEACH:
The resort is from 250 mt to 600 mt far from a crystal blue sea. The four kilometres of coastline in front of the village are furnished with convenient wooden sunbathing platforms with steps to the sea and umbrellas and sun beds as long as available. On the beautiful beach of Arenella a reserved area for our clients equipped with umbrellas and sun beds as long as available and another small beach of sand and pebbles, where the nautical base takes place (beach service from 15th of May to 30th of September). After 30th September it will be possible to have the use of the beach with sun bed but without umbrellas and assistance.
The guests can reach beaches on foot or by an electric shuttle which runs back and forth from 9.00 am to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. On the beach there is a bar , pizzeria and a self-service (to be paid), with interior spaces and verandas overlooking the sea.
Superior Life
this Formula has been created in order to satisfy the most demanding customer’s wishes.
For the “Life” Arenella customers the best Superior rooms of the resort are reserved (double and triple only), with every comfort, including TV LCD, mini fridge (daily restocking service, beverages on payment) and tisane corner.
Free entrance to the new AWellness Centre with sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi, area relax and fitness. Beauty and massage treatments are on payment, with special discount for "Superior Life" customers.
A selection of facilities in addition to the usual Arenella Resort comfort. A new and modern exclusive restaurant with table reserved, a special buffet only for Superior life Guests. At dinner Superior Life Guests will have a personalized service at table, choosing à la carte new and fine proposals and a special buffet of starters and desserts. A pleasant evening at restaurant in a lovely atmosphere.

*Sojourn: minimum 3 nights; free sojourn from 24 June to 16 September. Minimum 7 nights, beginning and end sojourn will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the other periods, rooms will be assigned after 4:00 o clock pm and will have to be vacated by 10:00 am.
Look out:
- As regards full board, it includes just breakfast and dinner.
- Reductions for children refer always to children who do not have had their birthday.
- “Dus” extra charge, refers to rooms and treatments booked.
- As regards “Superior Life” clients, lunch(buffet) will be served in the main restaurant in a not reserved area.

Room and breakfast: 20,00 Euros per person per day whenever both in standard room and in Life room. It is not possible during Easter and long weekends in Spring.

SUPPLEMENTS:
Children from 0 to 2 years: amount (per week per child) compulsory to pay in agency from 26 May to 1 July and from 2 September to 30 September.
Sojourns shorter than 3 nights: (availability on demand) 10 Euros per day per person every week (excepted periods during Easter and the following long weekends )

SPECIAL OFFERS
Long holidays: as regards sojourns from 14 nights on, the last 2 nights are free (from 8 July to 2 September)
Special single+ child from 2 to 12 years: as regards child in 2nd bed , there is a reduction of 50% until 8 July and from 2 September on.
Little pets are admitted: 35 Euros per week at arrival (excepted meals). In case the sojourn is shorter than 7 nights, it is compulsory to pay 35 Euros as well.
