DESCRIPTION: AW Sighientu Life Hotel & Spa is situated directly on the beach, along a stretch of coast between Cagliari and Villasimius, about 25 km from the Elmas Airport.
It is one of the most fascinating and elegant hotels in Sardinia, covered with gardens and palm trees which extend all the way out to the beach. Built using natural materials such as stone and wood, every detail was taken into consideration in creating this unique hotel. Ethnic furnishings from Bali add to the charming atmosphere. Indoor gardens and water fountains lead to the AW Sighientu Thalasso Centre, which provides remedies for the body, based on the benefits of sea-water. The beautiful natural rocky swimming pool looks out on the beach, and adjacent to this there is an area for sports. The scenery is made even more splendid by an expanse of fresh water, with swans and various species of birds, surrounded by greenery.

ROOMS: There are 220 finely furnished rooms with all comforts provided, air conditioning, hair dryer, satellite TV, telephone, mini-bar, and safe.
The rooms are divided into 3 typologies: standard, sea view and superior rooms.

RESTAURANTS: The “Scirocco” Main restaurant with wide outdoor terraces with sea view. The “Libeccio” restaurant located within the attractive swimming pool and the sea, provides rich buffet o international and regional dishes, a large grill where to taste gorgeous local meat and fish; a reserved area for children is also available. A typical Sardinian dinner will be arranged.
A cocktail bar inside the hotel and a snack bar close to the swimming pool and the beach. (Some services would be available according to the weather conditions and occupancy of the Hotel. Decision will be taken by the hotel manager).

SERVICES AND EQUIPMENTS: Reception, restaurant and Mini club with staff members speaking foreign languages. A swimming pool of 1,500 square meter fresh-water with an area for children, 1 tennis courts (with synthetic turf), 1 beach volleyball net,1 five a side court, sporting and game areas for the mini-club with bottle-warmer and baby changing-table on request, amphitheatre, private parking unattended, AW Sighientu Thalasso Centre, Souvenir Shop/mini Bazaar (16/04-15/10).
Conference Centre: the hotel provide an equipped conference centre with meetings rooms for max 450 persons.
Next to the hotel there is an equipped touristic port. Hotel guests are free to enter and enjoy a pleasant stroll along the docks. From here it is possible to reach the most beautiful areas of coast in Southern Sardinia. The port

provides rentals of rubber dinghy and place to dock, Diving Centre, Sailing Centre, and Yacht Club (on payment).

A swimming pool with seawater at 32° and bio marine itineraries with water jets for massaging and stretching every part of the body.

ACTIVITIES AND GAMES: An animation team careful and discrete will propose daily tournaments, sports, races, music, and dances. Sport activities become the focus of your vacation: Tennis, sailing, beach volleyball, 5-a-side soccer, water gim, canoes: equipment, group lessons (assistance with multilingual staff).
During the evening, the animation will have an international taste with shows (mime artist, musicals, dance evening etc.) or a relaxed evening at the piano bar.

EXCURSIONS (a pagamento): The hotel’s unique location allows interesting possibilities for natural and cultural excursions. The marine park, small islands and the inlets unreachable by land, all characteristic of the area surrounding the hotel and Villasimius are reachable by boat, daily excursions leave from the Tourist Port. It is possible to visit interesting nearby archaeological sites such as The Nuraghi, and The
Tombs of the Giants, evidence of past cultures.

BEACHES: The beach, which is fully equipped, is directly in front of the hotel, beach towel included on deposit. The swimming pool area, where the games and sporting activities take place is close to the beach and hotel. Special shuttle free from the hotel to the Poetto beaches to be reserved at the reception, from 04/06 to 30/09 from Monday to Friday, at fixed times (beach service to be paid).

Inizio/Fine Soggiorno: soggiorni liberi. Le camere verranno assegnate dopo le ore 16:00 e devono essere rilasciate entro le ore 10:00.

Nota Bene: Il trattamento di mezza pensione comprende esclusivamente i pasti di prima colazione e cena. Le bevande ai pasti non sono. L’età indicata per le riduzioni bambino si intende sempre per anni non compiuti. Il supplemento Dus si applica alla tipologia di camera e al trattamento prenotati.

*Camera Superior: La quota giornaliera comprende: sistemazione in camera superior (vedi descrizione), ingresso gratuito al Centro Thalasso Sighientu per percorso biomarino, sauna, bagno turco, percorso kneipp, 1 massaggio di benvenuto, set cortesia “life”, e minibar con bevande incluse.

SPECIALE BAMBINI GRATIS:
Un bambino 0/12 anni con min. 2 adulti è gratis in tutti i periodi. L’offerta è valida per max 1 bambino per camera. All’eventuale secondo bambino saranno applicate le riduzioni sotto esposte.

RIDUZIONI
Secondo bambino 0/2 anni in quarto letto o culla: solo quando è il secondo bambino si applica la riduzione del 70% in tutti i periodi, culla e pasti da menu inclusi. Sono esclusi prodotti alimentari e pasti specifici.
Secondo bambino 2/12 anni: in 4° letto sconto del 50% in tutti i periodi.
Adulti in 3° e 4° letto 30% in tutti i periodi.
Camera e colazione Euro 10,00 per persona al giorno in tutti i periodi.

SUPPLEMENTI
Pensione Completa Euro 15,00 per persona al giorno in A, B, C, D ed E; Euro 18,00 per persona al giorno negli altri periodi (da applicare sul trattamento di mezza pensione e non confermabile in loco per meno di 7 giorni), le bevande ai pasti sono escluse.
